As our Talent Acquisition Partner (with a focus on Commercial roles) in Berlin, you’ll play a central role in growing JOIN’s go-to-market and operations organisation. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth goals. This is not just a sourcing role, it’s an opportunity to build partnerships with hiring managers, shape the candidate experience, and directly influence JOIN’s commercial success.
Tasks
What you will be doing
Your work will directly impact how JOIN attracts and hires top talent. Here’s what that looks like:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
Support all stages of the employee journey (onboarding, development, retention, etc.) ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every JOINer
Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys, review cycles, comms tools), ensuring employee data is accurate, updated and organised
Who you will work with
You’ll be part of JOIN’s People Team, collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation.
You’ll also work closely with the Finance, People, Operations and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

What we’re looking for

? 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
? Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
? Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreach
? Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
? High attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
? Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights
