Your Role

Transfer of business requirements from the operational and product areas of ERGO into requirements for the IT systems of incoming management and description of the IT system solution Definition and description of associated test cases as well as execution of the corresponding tests Responsible participation in projects of various sizes in incoming management Service-oriented and competent support for the specialist departments and users of the IT systems Analysis of production errors and, if necessary, initiation of adjustments to the IT system solution for error correction

Your Profile

Completed university or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, organization, mathematics, economics, business informatics, computer science, or comparable training Good knowledge of methods and procedures in the solution development process, particularly in requirements engineering, ideally with IREP certification Interest in or prior knowledge in the area of insurance and financial services Strategic thinking, enjoyment of innovations, and a strong ability to analyze complex issues Good to very good language skills in German and English, as well as organizational skills and the ability to present oneself well in collaboration with clients
