Position
Für unseren Standort in Troisdorf (bei Köln) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine/n
System Engineer Business Applications - BI / MS 365 / MES (m/w/d)
Als System Engineer sind Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer digitalen Systemlandschaft in den Bereichen Business Intelligence, Microsoft 365 und MES. Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern und treiben die Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse aktiv voran.
Was erwartet Sie

• Betreuung, Konfiguration und Optimierung der bestehenden Systemapplikationen mit dem Fokus auf BI (Lobster), MS (Fabric, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, 0365) und MES (Hydra).
• Analyse von Anforderungen und Konzeption technischer Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (u.a. IT, Produktion, Logistik, Finance)
• Projektmanagement für IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte - von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
• 2nd/3rd Level Support für das Applikationsmanagement
• Betreuung von externen IT Dienstleistern (inkl. Lastenheftdefinition, Projektintegration, etc.)
• Support bei der Sicherstellung der Gerflor IT Policies
• Monitoring und Reporting der Systemfunktionen
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Support für Endanwender

Requirements

• Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. in der Anwendungsentwicklung)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung von Business Applikationen (idealerweise Lobster, Power Platform, SharePoint, MS Fabric)
• Erste MES Kenntnisse (idealerweise Hydra) wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
• Gute VBA Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von IT-Projekten
• Ein gutes Prozessverständnis für unterschiedliche Geschäftsprozesse
• Gute Kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Reisebereitschaft (15%) auch international (Zentral- und Nordeuropa)
