What you will do:

+ Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc. + You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
+ Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
+ Proper management of the IT warehouse
+ Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
+ Manage over 400 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
+ Ensure proper security of our computers and network
+ Willing to take part in daily support when needed and proactively offer hands-on assistance to colleagues and other teams with an open-minded attitude

Who you are:

+ More than 3 years of experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience + Deep expertise in all relevant fields e.g., OS administration (Jamf), network security setup and infrastructure fallbacks, automation of processes e.g. provisioning, flawless running of our Unifi infrastructure
+ Expert knowledge in working with Windows, Mac, the Google Workspace, and decent familiarity with JIRA
+ Strong track record of driving projects in the System Administrator Space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
+ Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
+ Ready to operate at fast speed, solution-oriented, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
+ Good to have: Experience in onboarding, coaching, and mentoring working students, interns, and other junior colleagues
