Your profile

What you will be doing:

Develop a deep understanding of the business logic behind our core product and features (ESG & Sustainability in the real estate sector), identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and maintaining quality from a business perspective. Collaborate closely with the technical team during the implementation of new features and enhancements, providing valuable insights and ensuring that quality standards are met. Serve as a knowledge resource for other teams within the company, providing insights on our product's rationale and assisting in the resolution of any product-related issues. Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding our product's functionality and assisting them in achieving their desired outcomes.

What we need from you:

Expertise in ESG data and real estate 4+ years of experience in Sustainability Domain Pragmatic and goal-oriented work attitude Excellent communication, hands-on mentality and team spirit Experience in project management Technical and economic analytical skills over energy efficiency measures and carbon offset calculations Domain knowledge about building sustainability and decarbonization pathways Knowledge in reporting schemes, such as GRESB and ECORE, legislations such as EPBD (EPCs), EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and decarbonization tools such as CRREM Used to the agile methodology Fast learning and interest in the BuildingMinds product
