ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: as part of a carve-out, the Business Line is being transitioned into the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. As a Supply Chain Specialist (d/m/f), this presents a unique opportunity for you to actively shape this change.
Independent processing and monitoring of logistics processes in the 3PL warehouse, including invoice verification and clarification of discrepancies
Ensuring cost reimbursement for unfulfilled services; conducting analyses to support price negotiations and evaluate 3PL performance
Conducting price negotiations within your area of responsibility and developing new logistics concepts when required
Ensuring smooth daily operations, including escalation to external partners when necessary; executing the annual finished goods inventory count
Coordinating plants and external partners; monitoring accounting-related activities throughout the year and initiating necessary inventory adjustments
Acting as a key point of contact for Customer Service and Supply Chain Planners for daily coordination
Independently ordering, organizing, and tracking transport services according to SCM requirements; coordinating required capacities and ensuring availability across external partners
Ensuring adequate air freight capacity; analyzing transportation structures and actively managing costs in collaboration with other SCM departments
Preparing and detailing structural data for annual price negotiations
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or a comparable field, along with initial experience in logistics processes, warehousing, transportation, contract logistics, or outsourcing projects
Proven, solid experience in logistics management roles—preferably in an international environment
Strong experience in project development and implementation, ideally within logistics, plus good understanding of management tools such as LEAN
Strong partner management skills and experience managing a major 3PL account
Solid understanding of logistics management and business KPIs
Knowledge of WMS/LMS systems, reporting tools, and end-to-end logistics processes
