Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic team, initially as a short contract, with the possibility for full employment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in corporate sustainability. This role is critical in helping our clients to assess their supply chain related to ESG regulations, modifying their operating model to accommodate the compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Work directly with our clients across Europe to analyse their compliance requirements. Utilise risk assessment techniques to analyse trends and patterns that may impact risk exposure. Perform statistical analysis and quantitative analysis to support risk management strategies. Collaborate with various departments to negotiate strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Engage in data management activities to extract relevant information for input into operational processes. Prepare detailed reports on findings, presenting actionable insights to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in ESG Consulting. Excellent German and English language Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business process and supply chain analysis . Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
