Employee management and personnel responsibility in the areas of transportation/workload office Planning, optimizing, and further developing logistics and freight optimization processes Implementation of freight forwarders following tenders Ensuring export customs clearance Independent planning of material flow concepts, taking into account lean principles, as well as cost-effectiveness, space, feasibility, capacity, and personnel Creating and evaluating analyses and key figures Planning, managing, and implementing logistics projects in close coordination with logistics management Confidently presenting results and concepts when integrating new projects and processes Ensuring and continuously improving workflows in the areas of transportation Coordinating urgent deliveries Training new employees Implementing 5S measures Supporting the implementation and introduction of TEOA tools

What your background should look like

Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Several years of professional experience in the field of transportation Management experience In-depth knowledge of logistics in the automotive sector Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel Extensive experience with SAP WM, Assist4, Move, and TMS systems Business fluent in German and English Experience in designing lean logistics processes and implementing logistics projects Strong analytical and organizational skills Systematic, structured, goal-oriented, and independent work style High resilience, ability to work in a team, initiative, commitment, and strong assertiveness
