Your responsibilities:

Management of operational processes in six active open-cast mines in the Westerwald and Eifel regions Leadership, motivation and development of a team of approximately 25 employees Budget monitoring, cost control and implementation of economic measures Management of operations in accordance with mining law Responsibility for regional KPIs in production operations Continuous optimisation of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Your profile:

Degree in mining engineering or equivalent experience Practical experience in mining Knowledge of legal guidelines relating to mining law and approval procedures Strong personal affinity for clay mining Willingness to commute between different mining sites in the Westerwald and Eifel regions Ability to motivate team members to achieve the best performance Fluent German and English skills
