Your Responsibilities
Operations & Quality Control
Conduct daily checks across the stores
Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with all internal standards
Monitor HACCP processes and cooling temperatures
Review menu displays, product placement, and shelf organization
Document inspections and communicate findings with the Operations Coordinator
Team Leadership & Daily Support
Provide technical and organizational leadership to the team
Motivate and support staff in achieving shared goals
Assist during peak hours or staff shortages (hands-on operational work)
Coordinate shifts and ensure efficient workflows
Reduce errors, delays, and unnecessary costs
Oversee basic cashflow-related processes together with the team
Promote a positive team culture and clear communication
Process Improvement & Cross-Department Collaboration
Analyze workflows and suggest improvements
Collaborate with other departments and manage operational interfaces
Support onboarding and provide short training sessions for new team members
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Your Profile
High reliability, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on work approach
Experience in gastronomy, retail, or operational team leadership
Basic knowledge of hygiene / HACCP is a plus
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Clear, open, and friendly communication
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Willingness to work weekends and Sundays regularly
