We are looking for a Shift Managers / Supervisors (m/f/d) to control the product movements through the production area in die casting. The disciplinary and professional management of the employees as well as ensuring the sustainable production of the Tesla Model Y becomes your everyday life determine.

What You'll Do

You adjust the production process alongside with safety, quality, delivery, time, cost and moral safety, You take over the coordination of your employees and team planning, You own the induction, coaching and development of your team members, You update and control relevant work instructions and the inventory, You are responsible for series production accordingly to Process changes and product improvements, You run preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal production performance and are Responsible for troubleshooting and support for conversion projects.

What You'll Bring

You bring a craft or Technical vocational training with further training to become an industrial foreman or technician, You have several years of leadership experience in a high-volume production environment of aluminum die casting, ideally in the automotive industry, You know what it's all about in a fast paced, large-scale production environment, and can handle multiple tasks with equal high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals, You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work in shifts (4-shift system), You inspire yourself (and us!) by new trends in production and develop creative solutions to processes and improve problems, You communicate with your team at eye level and have an emphatic approach to positively influence work performance of your team members. You have good knowledge of German and English, ideally both on professional level.
