Job Description

For our client based near Stuttgart we are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader. In this key position, you will be responsible for the release processes of pharmaceutical products and play a crucial role in continuously improving the quality of the global manufacturing operations. As a team lead, you will define strategic quality standards and ensure compliance in close collaboration with international partners.

Aufgaben

Lead, develop and coach an international team within the product release and quality function Ensure timely, compliant and GMP-conform product release Analyze, monitor and report product quality performance indicators Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners Drive continuous improvement of global quality processes and systems

Qualifikation

University degree certified qualification as a Qualified Person (EU QP §15 AMG ) Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality management and release activities Proven leadership experience in an international environment Very good command of German
