To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced

Study Manager

to join our Frankfurt team.




As a Study Manager, you will lead the preparation of proposals and tenders, and the development of studies and project development work. Your goal will be to win, deliver, and convert studies into successful projects aligned with Sedgman’s business strategy. You will also play a key role in client engagement, risk management, and the development of high-quality, commercially viable project solutions.


In this key role, you will be responsible for the following:



Lead and deliver studies and tenders within budget, schedule, and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and manage study implementation plans. Ensure alignment of study estimates and execution plans with commercial models. Support risk management, cost/revenue analysis, and strategic project conversion. Prepare high-quality study reports and proposals that meet client and internal standards. Facilitate seamless handover of studies to project execution teams.
You are a seasoned Study Manager with a strong background in tender management and project development. You bring a collaborative mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.


Your qualifications and experience include:



A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in design, project development, delivery, or site operations, with at least 3 years in a Study or Project Leader role. Proven experience in tender preparation and client engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German (native) and English (professional proficiency). Experience in mineral processing is highly regarded. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality and innovation.
