Unsere Abteilung

Produkt Management & Process Optimization

besteht zurzeit aus einer Abteilungsleiterin, drei Teamleitern, Spezialistinnen, Wissenschaftlerinnen, Techniker*innen und einem Werksstudenten mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund und Erfahrungsschatz. Unsere Aufgaben sind vielfältig und reichen von der Produktanalyse bis hin zur Produktentwicklung und der Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen. Wir arbeiten kundenzentriert mit dem Ziel der größtmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit.

Hauptaufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von z.B. technischen Kundenanfragenen Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen, zur sachgerechten Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Aktualisierung von Datenbanken kurzfristige Unterstützung bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben

Wichtige Stakeholder:

Interne Zusammenarbeit über Emails, Telefonate und Meetings mit der Abteilung Quality Assurance, Product Management, Supply Chain und ggf. CMOs. Kommunikation über Email mit externen Kunden, gelegentliche Teilnahme an Online-Meetings.

Erwarteter Bildungsweg und Berufserfahrung:

auf Bachelor- oder Masterniveau in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet (Ernährungs- und Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Mikrobiologie, Pharmazie o. ä.) vertraut mit der Welt von Microsoft Office (Excel auf hohem Niveau) und hast bevorzugt mit SharePoint gearbeitet geschickt im Datenmanagement gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) gewissenhafte Arbeit, Teamfähigkeit, gute und offene Kommunikation
