About the role: As a Student Assistant in Quality, HSE, and Information Security, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transparent performance management. You will support activities across Quality, HSE, and Information Security, contributing to structured reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven insights that support management decision-making.A core part of the role is supporting the preparation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes collecting, structuring, and validating data, supporting the development of dashboards and management reports, and helping ensure consistency and quality across reporting outputs. You will work with established processes and frameworks and gain insight into how governance topics are managed in a large, international organization.You will also support ongoing improvement initiatives by assisting with documentation, follow-up actions, and coordination tasks across stakeholders and business units. The role offers exposure to international collaboration in a largely virtual working environment, with regular presence at your local office expected. Guidance and support will be provided, and the position is well suited for students who are structured, analytical, and interested in how Quality, HSE, and Information Security are applied in practice.

About you: We are looking for a motivated student with an interest in Quality management, HSE, Information Security, or related governance and risk topics. You are comfortable working with data, enjoy structuring information, and have a careful and detail-oriented working style.You communicate clearly and professionally and are able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines and regions. Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential, as is an interest in understanding how performance metrics and reporting support continuous improvement in complex organizations.Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Interest in Quality, HSE, Information Security, or performance management topics.Ability to work with data, reports, and KPIs in a structured and reliable manner.Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.Ability to manage assigned tasks alongside academic studies in a deadline-driven environment.If you are interested in gaining practical experience across Quality, HSE, and Information Security, and would like to contribute to meaningful reporting and improvement activities in a global organization, we would be pleased to receive your application.Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
