The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Forgent AI on the ground floor. As a Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll operate at the heart of the company—partnering directly with the founders on everything from GTM to product strategy, tech ops, hiring, and investor relations. You'll be trusted with real ownership and get a 360° view of what it takes to build a venture-backed AI startup from scratch.

What You'll Do

Act as a force multiplier for the founders—owning strategic and operational projects across product, GTM, tech, and fundraising


Solve high-priority, cross-functional problems with speed and autonomy

Build and refine internal processes as we scale from zero to one

Partner with engineering and product teams to bring new features to market

Represent Forgent externally with partners, suppliers, and early customers
Contribute to company building: hiring, culture, and roadmap planning

You'll Thrive Here If You...

Have 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g., top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups)


Are a generalist who "never drops the ball" and loves making things happen

Bring sharp problem-solving skills and a bias toward action

Thrive in ambiguity and are hungry to learn fast

Are based in Berlin (or eager to relocate)
Have strong communication skills—in English (German is a bonus)
