Strategic Sourcing Associate (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing Duties

Drive the implementation and development of global and regional category strategies within the ASG Hub Lead complex supplier negotiations and contract development in line with company policies Manage sourcing and tendering processes via Ariba, acting as the escalation point for supplier performance issues Develop and maintain performance transparency tools such as scorecards, KPIs, and order profiles Monitor market trends and benchmarks to identify innovation opportunities and anticipate changes Control and approve purchase orders (POs) in compliance with procurement guidelines Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and strategic supplier management

P2P Duties

Handle invoice account assignments, especially for complex invoices (e.g., events). Serve as the primary contact for service center inquiries on invoice assignments.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Commercial training or further education in finance, accounting, or taxation (e.g., certified accountant) +3 years of experience in Sourcing Analytical mindset & project management skills, with proficiency in Excel and SAP Strong communication and negotiation abilities in international, cross-functional teams Solution-oriented approach with leadership potential and a drive to grow Fluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S4-HANA (FI and MM)
