About the job

As part of our Business Operations team, you will drive projects across departments and companies that support our growth and innovation goals. You will work directly with the management teams at both DigitalTolk and 24translate, helping drive post-merger transformation projects. You’ll lead strategically critical initiatives and will play an active role in key processes such as new growth verticals, change management, and attaining operational excellence.

Your daily responsibilities

:

Leading high-priority projects that drive growth and innovation Producing analyses, strategy drafts, and presentations Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your previous experiences Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives Documenting and reporting on day-to-day operations in strategic areas

What we are looking for

We’re seeking a results-driven individual with strong analytical and strategic skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a track record of delivering complex projects. You have probably worked in a fast-paced environment like a consulting firm or a high-performing startup.

What you will bring:

Experience from driving complex projects Solid technical proficiency, particularly in Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Canva Fluency in both English and German (extra plus for Swiss German) Experience working with strategy development and/or implementation
