About the role




Join Ericsson Antenna Systems in Rosenheim, Germany as a Strategic Product Manager. You will own antenna product strategy and lifecycle from concept through end-of-life, ensuring solutions exceed market expectations and drive commercial value. Partner closely with R&D, sales and cross-functional teams to define solutions, prioritize roadmaps and prepare the business for market launches. You will also build competence and readiness across the organization while balancing dependencies and stakeholder needs. This role suits a commercially-minded, senior product leader with deep telecom domain expertise.

What you will do:



Own and manage the antenna product portfolio end-to-end, including lifecycle and EOL decisions Define product solutions with R&D, create go-to-market plans and drive successful launches Work with sales and customers to translate market and operator requirements into product specifications Coordinate cross-functional activities across supply chain, development, sales and marketing to ensure business readiness Monitor market and competitor trends to inform prioritization and strategic decisions Develop and share competence across teams to strengthen product and solution knowledge Support sales with product positioning, demonstrations and technical input as needed

The skills you bring:



Master’s degree in Telecommunications, RF Engineering or a closely related field Senior experience in Radio Access Network, mobile communications, antennas, 4G/5G and RF domains Strong product management know-how and experience managing roadmaps, lifecycles and go-to-market activities Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills Proven ability to engage stakeholders, drive decisions and work effectively under pressure Self-driven, organized and able to capture both the big picture and technical details Experience in antenna or radio product management, development or sales and familiarity with operator projects is a strong plus
