Are you a sharp, tech-savvy thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution?
We are looking for a structured, hands-on professional to join the Office of the CTO as the right hand to our CTO. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior tech leaders to drive critical initiatives, optimize operations, and shape the future of our tech organization — combining technical insight, clear communication, analytical strength, and a willingness to handle everything from big-picture projects to everyday tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Support the CTO with day-to-day priorities, from strategy documents to leadership communications. Prepare executive presentations, internal papers, and reports for the Senior Management Team and Supervisory Board. Coordinate and track strategic projects and technical programs across IT Engineering, Product, Operations and Data. Analyze key metrics (KPIs, forecasts) and drive data-informed decision-making. Identify and resolve operational blockers, handling both high-level planning and hands-on execution. Serve as a trusted, proactive sounding board and sparring partner to the CTO.
Your Profile
3–6+ years of experience in technical, operational, or strategic roles (e.g., Engineering, Product, Consulting, CTO/CEO Office, or similar). Excellent communication skills—clear writing, confident presentations, and strong interpersonal presence. Natural affinity for numbers, structure, and large-scale thinking. Strong technical understanding, preferably with a background in IT, engineering, or product. Ability to balance strategic responsibilities with hands-on, tactical tasks. High ownership, initiative, and comfort navigating ambiguity. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
