What you will do Develop and execute the yearly communication plan based on the marketing strategy and ABP sales input
Translate the brand strategy into a creative idea by designing a communication platform for overall brand and category communication. Define strategic communication framework incl. messaging that unifies all brand activities un-der one clear and compelling narrative
Develop category-specific communication concepts rooted in the brand strategy designing creative platforms for each category, including unified messaging frameworks, tailored communication plans and playbooks (look & feel, hero products, etc.)
Developing and managing integrated campaigns as well as creating assets (visuals, digital and social media content, and campaign toolkits) to ensure consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product/categories and distribution channels (sales) ensuring that campaign development, social media management and asset creation are fully aligned with category strategies and sales requirements
Prepare creative briefs and manage the creative process with internal teams and external agencies, strong collaboration with media planning and social media
What you will need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications ideally in international, trade or FMCG environments
Proven track record in building and managing strong consumer brands. Expertise in developing and executing communication plans and digital campaigns incl. Social Media (360° campaign experiences is a plus)
Strong experience in concept creation, messaging hierarchies, category playbooks, and content
High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience in briefing and managing creative agencies
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Excellentwritten and spoken English & German
