Tätigkeitsbereiche:
Support and motivate team members to achieve daily targets
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishments.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements where needed.
Qualifikationen:
Previous experience in retail or customer service 2-4 years
Experience in leading or coaching a team is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills
