Deine Aufgaben

Stellvertretende Führung einer Schicht im 3-Schicht-System Personal- und Einsatzplanung an der Linie in Abstimmung mit dem Schicht- und Produktionsleiter Einhaltung der Vorschriften des Qualitätsmanagementhandbuches und der Arbeitsschutzvorschriften Management der Team-Performance: Erkennen von Teamproblemen, Festlegen von Bereichen in denen die Performance von Teammitgliedern optimiert werden kann, Leiten von Problemlösungsgruppen Gewährleistung der Einhaltung standardisierter Arbeitsmethoden und regelmäßiger Tätigkeitsbewertungen Untersuchung der Nacharbeits- und Ausschussursachen

Wonach wir suchen

Technische Ausbildung Vorerfahrungen in der Fertigung von mindestens 3 Jahren Kenntnisse in MS Office wünschenswert Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
