Deine Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen Personaleinsatzplanung Vertretung der Filialleitung

Dein Profil:

Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams Hands-On Mentalität Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut

Diese Position ist bei TJX Deutschland zu besetzen.
