This allows you to gain valuable skills, expand your network, and grow both professionally and personally.Support the Next Gen CRM Roll-in Team within ZEISS Corporate IT Taking over individual sub-projects as part of a roll-in Support in coordination between business stakeholders and global IT teams during roll ins Support in the preparation and execution of system testing, validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support in first-line support during go-live and Hypercare phase Support in resolving technical issues in collaboration with global teams

Your profileYou have a bachelor`s degree in Bachelor of Science or similar and are looking for a dual master program as Steinbeis student Proven project management skills, also in an international environment (e.g. gained through a working student position) Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Affinity for digital tools and transformation processes (SAP, Salesforce) Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software (e.g. Salesforce, SAP CRM) is a plus Structured way of working Experienced with MS 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Creating impact by working pragmatic, proactive and solution oriented Very Good Skills in English and German, written and verbal Willingness to undertake international business trips
