Steel Worker – Projects in Norway

We are looking for an experienced steel worker to join advanced and technically demanding projects in Norway. The projects include industrial, infrastructure, tunnel, and hydropower construction, often combined with large-scale concrete structures.

For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for long-term employment and a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves advanced steel work in large project environments, including:

Assembly and installation of load-bearing steel structures Collaboration with concrete and construction teams Work on projects such as: Tunnels Hydropower plants Dams and water reservoirs Industrial steel and concrete structures
This position is focused on work for companies and large-scale projects, not the private market.

Requirements

Documented experience as a steel worker in large construction or industrial projects Experience working with load-bearing steel and steel structures Certification in Steel Class 3 / C3 Ability to work to high technical standards, corresponding to advanced structural classes Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions Accurate, responsible, and experienced in teamwork Ability to communicate in Norwegian or English
Meriting Qualifications

Experience from tunnel or hydropower projects Experience from large industrial projects Experience working with combined steel and concrete structures
