DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Responsible for analyzing, planning, executing, and maintaining tests (manual and, where applicable, automated), using bug tracking tools, working across the SDLC, and collaborating with development and product teams. Requires 25 years of experience, solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies, skills in writing test cases, and familiarity with SQL / APIs. Looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills.

NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in testing financial and/or telco software. Familiarity with invoicing and payment system integrations – data visualization and calculations. Ability to apply experience-based testing techniques to QA of invoicing and payment processes. Strong skills in identifying and analysing data challenges and troubleshooting data issues effectively. Experience in verifying the accuracy and completeness of data in invoicing and payment integrations. Good understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and software testing methodologies. Ability to create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on functional requirements. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Basic knowledge of test automation concepts and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
