Drive the marketing strategy for Perioperative & Critical Care solutions in the assigned region.
Develop and deliver go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches in close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Education teams
Act as a regional subject-matter expert, bringing field insights back to global teams to influence strategy and roadmap
Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic hospital partners
Translate clinical evidence and guidelines into clear value propositions and competitive positioning
Lead national initiatives and supervise local ones while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at country level
Plan and support congresses, events, and customer engagement activities
Support key accounts through presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Support upstream projects as needed, drive new product introduction and launch plans in the region.
Requirements:
Experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, sales, or a related commercial role
Solid understanding of the hospital environment, ideally within critical care, perioperative, or high-acuity settings
Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
Collaborative, proactive, and able to work across functions and cultures
Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region
Fluent in English
