You will be responsible for

Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining IT security policies, standards and procedures Monitor and support security controls across systems, networks and endpoints Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans; support remediation efforts Manage access control systems and ensure proper identity and privilege management Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance Monitor server health and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability and availability Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity Apply security patches and updates to minimize vulnerabilities across server infrastructure Support virtualization environments and collaborate on infrastructure planning and documentation Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure security requirements are integrated into business processes and IT projects Who we are looking for

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure and policy frameworks A very good command of English language, intercultural & communication skills; German is a plus Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner Preferred: familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST or other security standards * Certifications such as Security+, CISA or equivalent are a plus
