You will be responsible for

Project handling support & responsibility for subproject scopes Operational support to track, follow-up and report the status for current and future vehicle dev. projects Assurance and follow-up of project status and targets Application of processes and methods for:
+ Project Planning / Organization
+ Project Management / Controlling
+ Preparation support of management decision papers
+ Reporting on department and division level
Organize & conduct meetings, both regular & ad-hoc PM process development support, close cooperation with HMETC departments
Who we are looking for

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering First experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of vehicle development is a plus Understanding of project development processes of the car maker industry Structured, analytical and pragmatic working style Analytical skills as well as a problem-solving mentality A good command of English, strong communication skills & intercultural competence Pro-active and self-motivated attitude Willingness to work in an international organization Proficient in presenting, reporting and handling Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
