You will be responsible for

Performance development of steering feel for HMG vehicles: support the creation of brand DNA and target character for
EU market in co-work with R&H Test team
Focus on objective vs. subjective correlation: identification of KPI´s and definition of target values for steering Operation of our Hardware-in-the-Loop test bench, including maintenance and improvement (when needed) Development of the needed state-of-the-art simulation models for the purpose, in collaboration with other CAE members Reporting and documentation of test results in English language Close co-work with our R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea), suppliers, engineering companies and universities

Who we are looking for

Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or similar At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry at supplier or OEM Knowledge, interest and passion concerning vehicle dynamics Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics, steering design and the interaction between both Ability to identify key performance parameters, setting targets, performing optimization (e.g. DoE) Experience with vehicle dynamics measurement equipment (steering robot, inertial platform) and test rigs (steering,
hardware-in-the-loop)
Software skills in MATLAB, IPG CarMaker, VI CRT, ADAMS CAR/RT, AVL CAMEO or similar Willingness to travel and to work in an international / intercultural environment Excellent analytical skills, pro-active attitude, very good command of English language Proficient in reporting and handling Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
