This strategic role focuses on building and fostering partnerships with government entities and customers, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long term revenue growth in S&D. You will lead go-to-market (G2M) strategies, manage cross-functional activities across business lines, and drive design wins with European S&D customers. Job Description





In your new role you will:


Create new and foster existing government partnerships

to enable long term revenue growth in European Space and Defense (S&D) market for Infineon

Identify the top program opportunities

for Infineon

in the European S&D market

Determine the timelines, the supply chain, and strategy

behind all the major European S&D electronic development programs

Drive localized application understanding partnership

with HiRel SAEs and FAEs of EU Defense including differences in requirements, implementations, and standards

Manage all European S&D G2M activities

across all Infineon BL’s

Maximize design-wins and revenue across all European S&D customers

with sales

Create and monitor European S&D 5-year product and revenue plan

Determine S&D European optimal pricing guideline

Identify European S&D product requirements

and providing input top product value positions and roadmaps




Your Profile





As a Senior Director European Space and Defense Regional Marketing and Business Development, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.




You are best equipped for this task if you have:


A

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics

, or similar

At least 15 years of semiconductor professional experience

in sales, marketing, applications, or BL/PL general management Strong understanding of

semiconductor power trends

Experience in

Aerospace or Defense in EMEA market

preferred Experience

leading G2M strategies across a wide array of customers/products / technologies

Ability to

work within C-level & government and political environments

Capability to

coordinate multiple topics in parallel and prioritize tasks

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fluent English

language skills
