Sr. Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)
Start: 01 February 2026 or later
As a member of the International Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for processing orders from our global business partners. Your role will also involve enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, which will contribute to our growth and success in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
Processing incoming license orders
Packaging and shipping license dongles
Communication with our logistics partner
Sending informational materials (e.g., installation instructions)
Maintaining and managing customer and product data in our customer portal
Providing written and telephone support to customers regarding orders, licenses, etc.
Managing inventory (copy protection dongles, packaging materials, etc.)
Supporting the sales team
Collaborating with the sales, finance, and office/secretariat departments
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
Initial experience in inside sales
3+ years of relevant (comparable working experience)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Very high service and customer orientation
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, with quick comprehension
Strong teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and communication skills
Professional manners, a likable and friendly demeanor
Good German language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better)
Good English language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better - used daily).
