Key Responsibilities:

Manage the administrative and business activities related to the conduct of clinical trials with investigative sites from study start-up to study closure Prepare, review and maintain essential study documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the trial lifecycle. Support the submission of applications to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to local and international guidelines. Serve as central liaison between investigators, external service providers and clinical Research associates May support Health Authority inspection, pre-inspection activities and/or audit preparation.

Required Qualifications:

Degree within Life Sciences area, Administrative, Financial or Accounting related field preferred, or minimum 2 years working experience in any of these areas in addition to high school degree or local equivalent. Basic understanding of GCP, ICH Guidelines, local regulations and of the drug development process Experience in managing multiple tasks and to prioritize, setting milestone to meet deadlines. Demonstrates ability to function independently Good computer aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and applications. A plus would be a good knowledge of complex software application related to clinical trial research. Fluency in German and in English
