From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are as diverse as our jewelry: about 240 employees with over 40 nationalities give special moments to countless customers every day. By supplying the Pandora stores but also through direct contact with end customers. Via the online shop, we delight them with individual products, such as engravings and stylish gift packaging.

Specialist, POSM (m/f/d)

As a Specialist for POSM, you will become part of Pandora’s exciting growth journey with great opportunities for self-development. The role’s purpose is to support a seamless and cost-efficient supply of POSM materials to all our sales channels across the EMEA region
Support the operational as well as commercial side of the business with reporting and creating transparency where needed. Prepare & analyze relevant KPIs and performance for stakeholders across the organization Manage ERP related tasks from allocation to invoicing Stock reconciliation and executing ICF related processes & ensuring compliance Cost tracking and analysis

What we DREAM of:

Strong Experience with ERP systems e.g. AX, SAP or similar programs Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel Experience with leading projects, and 3PL management A team player who is curious fast-learner and finds energy in helping others At ease in international and cross-functional environment Quick thinking, proactive mind-set with an eye for defining improvement areas Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Visio is a plus Fluent in English, both speaking and writing, German is a large plus
