Within our Team HR Services Europe- Poland, we perform the monthly payroll accounting for our BASF companies in Poland. We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Specialist for polish payroll and personnel administration.
You will be responsible for our personnel administration services: prepare work contracts, payment certificates and maintain the HR - SAP Master data. To deliver best-in-class HR services you will work together closely with your team colleagues.
Furthermore, you will ensure that our HR Services are as well in line with the Polish legal and regulatory requirements as with the BASF guidelines.
You will support the preparation of the monthly payroll and additional reports.
You will advise and inform the employees in your area of responsibility regarding HR topics, both by phone and via e-mail, in close cooperation with our HR Business Partners in Poland.
You will keep our documentation up-to-date and further develop the HR knowledge database by actively contributing to the exchange of information and experiences within the team.
You will also collaborate in internal projects, focus on solutions for increasing efficiency and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR service teams.
After completing your studies in HR or a comparable field, you already gathered at least 2 years professional experience in operational HR.
You have good knowledge and practical experience in the field of Polish regulatory and HR processes (social security, taxes, time and compensation).
Polish is your mother language and you are also fluent in either English or German.
You are used to working with IT systems and MS Office applications and have as well solid MS Excel skills. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
You keep a clear head, even under pressure to meet deadlines, work in a well-organized manner and are able to think analytically.
You are good in planning and organizing, friendly and service-oriented towards customers and enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team\'s success.
