In the Dispatching department, you will work closely with the Marketing & Product Development and Technology departments in the Dispatching/Commercial unit. In addition to other things, your tasks will include monitoring the contract-compliant processing, monitoring of the daily matching process in the dispatching systems, coordination of availability restrictions/disruptions, testing and acceptance of further developments of the commercial dispatching system. You will support dispatchers in a 24/7 shift system as part of commercial dispatching and train dispatchers in the introduction of new processes in contract processing.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Dispatching & Process Monitoring:
Ensuring contract-compliant execution and daily matching monitoring
Balancing Group & Allocation Management:
Support of the BKM and Allocation reconciliation and monthly coordination with network operators and customers
IT Interfaces & Data Quality:
Implementation of IT communication with customers and TSOs and Checking regulatory data transmissions
Outage & Maintenance Coordination:
Coordination of availabilities, outages, and maintenance measures
System Tests & Regulation:
Testing/acceptance of further developments and Fulfillment of REMIT publication obligations
On-call Duty:
Participation in on-call assignments
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Completed degree in economics or engineering or a comparable qualification
Interest in technical processes, planning procedures, and projects in the storage industry
High concentration ability and quick comprehension
Motivated, resilient, and a team player
Very good IT skills and willingness to work with new systems
Good German and English skills
