\n The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services. KINTO Germany GmbH, as a new company of the Toyota Group, brings together innovative and modern mobility solutions. As a mobility company, KINTO offers various mobility services and products, ranging from commercial leasing to flexible car subscriptions. In Germany, KINTO started with the products KINTO One and KINTO Flex. KINTO One stands for customized solutions in the segment of full-service commercial leasing of vehicles, and KINTO Flex is a flexible car subscription with short terms. In addition, KINTO offers a smart commuter solution for sustainable mobility.
  • You help to maintain and enhance the quality of KINTO Mobility operations and customer experience across the Kinto markets in Europe
  • This includes the regulatory requirements and continuous improvements of our processes to deliver exceptional service with our mobility products (eg. Kinto Share and Kinto Flex)
  • Operational processes and workflows (eg. new vehicle deployment and implementation of new products) will be continuously evaluated by you to identify areas for optimization and enhancement
  • You will coordinate tests with Toyota Motor Europe and advise your colleagues in the different Kinto deparments on process improvement
  • One of your tools will be the coordination of various trainigs for colleagues
  • Data analysis of the quality reporting from markets across Europe will also be part of your work
  • You conduct regular assessments and audits of suppliers\' quality systems and processes, and drive improvements where necessary
  • You monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistent delivery of quality products and services
  • In addition, you will also support the business with organizing special projects like the Olympic games
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred)
  • Proven ability in project management and process optimization in previous jobs
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate reports and present findings effectively
  • High degree of independence in driving forward activity against a target, strong communication skill and strong team working skill
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High degree of accountability
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at the one time
  • Very good English language skills, knowledge of more European languages would be a plus
  • Willingsness to work from the Cologne office 2-3 times per week and willingness to travel 1-2 times per month
