We are looking for a specialist who brings technical depth in digital analytics, tracking and customer data management. You will support our global marketing teams in collecting, structuring and activating data across channels. Your work strengthens data quality, creates insights and enables data-driven customer journeys.

Tasks


Your responsibilities include the design, implementation, and validation of tracking setups for websites and campaigns, as well as the development of dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SEO performance, lead quality, and campaign ROI You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and website data from CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and advertising platforms, and for translating analytical insights into actionable strategies to improve targeting, content, and channel mix You plan, manage, and optimize global multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, social, display) based on performance data, and you define campaign KPIs while monitoring budgets and ROI to ensure efficient marketing spend You support the setup and use of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), including identity resolution, segmentation, and data activation You collaborate with privacy teams to ensure GDPR-compliant data collection and work closely with MarTech and sales teams to enhance audience segmentation, data quality, and attribution models You use AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and campaign efficiency, and you support the automation and scaling of data-driven marketing processes and workflows Finally, you collaborate closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to align strategies and share best practices across all marketing disciplines



Qualifications


Completed studies in business administration, marketing, customer experience, or a comparable field 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data-driven marketing, or digital performance, ideally in a global context Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Conductor, etc and familiarity with website analytics and keyword tracking Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) Experience with Salesforce and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or data integration platforms is a plus Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals and how they impact lead generation and conversion Experience working in agile teams or with agile methodologies such as UNfix, Scrum, or SAFe Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations Proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning in analytics and digital marketing Very good spoken and written German and English skills are desirable
