YOUR CHALLENGES:

Lead the preparation and setup of LED display demos and accessories according to customer requirements. Continuously optimise the loan process to enhance efficiency and reliability. Regularly review and update the stock list to ensure accurate inventory records. Communicate and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow. Serve as the backup (B-role) for the warehouse specialist in inventory management tasks. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of showroom equipment to ensure proper functionality. Provide on-site LED installation and support for events such as exhibitions, ensuring precise configuration and timely resolution of technical issues.

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor's degree or Technical Training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical Design or a related field with experience in LED system & equipment manufacturing preferred Basic knowledge of electronics/semi-conductors Attention to numbers with excellent excel skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Self-motivated and an excellent team player Fluent in Chinese (written and verbal) with advanced proficiency in English and German (B1 or higher) is mandatory. Willingness to travel (e.g. on-site installation and product exhibitions) Intercultural competence
