Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities such as events, meetings, sales promotions and training sessions for Dealers and HoReCa customers.
Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth and timely execution.
Support communication efforts between Food Service Manager and internal (sales teams) as well as external (dealers/customers) partners about activities or sales related concerns.
Assist in the implementation of others sales generation initiatives by Food Service.
Collect and analyze relevant data including but not limited to survey, market trends, and competitor’s activities to help plan out sales strategies.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Holder (any 4-year course).
Proven experience in sales within the food service industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Culinary background or knowledge is a strong advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills
* Experience in people/customer engagement is preferred.
