Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Accountability for group-wide financial risk management Development, coordination, and implementation of hedging strategies for currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks Independent consulting of group entities on all aspects of financial risk management Responsibility for liquidity management and execution of trading transactions with banks and group companies Reporting within the framework of risk management Support of financial planning processes Compliance with regulatory requirements and participation in audit processes Analysis and implementation of process optimizations in risk management Support of M&A projects as well as participation in various treasury-related projects

Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Solid expertise in financial risk management (currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks), treasury management, cash & liquidity management, as well as derivative trading, valuation, and hedging Instruments Experience in banking/trading environment is an advantage Experience with SAP desirable Strong advisory skills when interacting with national and international group entities Ability to present complex financial topics in a targeted and comprehensible way to management and audit bodies Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary project teams, including M&A and group-wide treasury projects Business?fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
