Bei BioNTech bist du als „Specialist Digital Systems QC Systems Integrations“ für den stabilen Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die technische Betreuung aller qualitätsrelevanten IT-Systeme innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle (QC) verantwortlich. Du stellst sicher, dass Analyse-, Labor- und Auswertungssysteme zuverlässig funktionieren, regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllen und sauber in die bestehenden IT-/OT-Prozesse eingebettet sind.



Du agierst als operative Schnittstelle zwischen den QC-Fachbereichen, LabIT, CoreIT und QA. Dabei koordinierst du technische Anforderungen, bewertest Auswirkungen auf bestehende Systeme, unterstützt Change-Control-Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Systeme, Schnittstellen und Workflows im QC-Bereich robust, auditfähig und effizient betrieben werden. Zudem identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale, begleitest Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Laborlandschaft.

Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen sind:

Aufbau, Pflege und Steuerung der fachlichen Schnittstelle zwischen QC und den Fachbereichen in LabIT, CoreIT und QA Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit aller digitalen QC-Systeme inkl. 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support Bewertung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung technischer Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich, inkl. Change Control und Schnittstellenabstimmungen Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von technischer Dokumentation, Auditvorbereitung sowie Begleitung von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten (CSV) Know-how-Aufbau zu QC-Systemen sowie Unterstützung anderer Specialists und Entwicklung teaminterner Standards

Das bringst du mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im IT- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich Relevante Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich QC, LIMS oder Laborsysteme Hohe Affinität für IT-Systeme und deren Integration in regulierte Prozesse Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln und Prioritäten mit dem Business gemeinsam zu setzen Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zum hybriden Arbeiten am Standort Mainz Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
