We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Office Manager to join the BNY Investments team. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage day-to-day operations of the German Branch office, including facilities, vendors, and business continuity.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, and Salesforce updates.
Support client engagement through campaign management, event coordination, and client communications.
Liaise with EMEA departments and procurement for contracts, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Proven experience in office management and executive support, ideally within financial services.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); experience with procurement systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and support cross-functional teams.
