Your Tasks:

Maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA Building and retaining valuable relationships with wine suppliers Stock management and monthly inventory control Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant Conducting wine workshops for the MINA-team

Your Qualifications:

Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required Sommelier Diploma or equivalent qualification Working experience in upscale gastronomy Availability to work flexible shifts, including holiday and weekend Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated Fluent English and German are a must, other languages would be an advantage
