About the Team




As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role to support our growing EMEA sales team, helping to strengthen our ability to support a wide range of ongoing opportunities. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales as the main product contact for our software solutions that span across the Working Capital, Equipment Finance, Asset Based Lending and Wholesale product suite. throughout the entire sales cycle—for prospective clients and existing customers.


You will collaborate closely not only with the Sales team but also with Product Managers, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of value at every stage.

About the Position



A Solutions Consultant will be an integral part in our sales processes supporting the Sales Team members with product and solution expertise in a highly customer facing role with the clear goal to ensure we reach and maintain the highest possible rate for converting our leads and opportunities to successful wins and customers of Solifi.


The geographical scope of the role is the EMEA region, with main focus on UK and mainland Europe and you will be working in a highly international environment.

Role and Responsibilities



As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both our Sales team and clients, helping to uncover business challenges and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll play a critical role throughout the sales cycle, ensuring our offerings are clearly differentiated and aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities:





Partner with Sales on Opportunities:


Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand customer challenges, craft compelling value propositions, and position our solutions for success.





Drive the Sales Process from Qualification to Close:


Participate in client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and lead demos and workshops. Coordinate with internal experts to provide deep technical and functional insights at every stage.





Support Internal Reviews:


Assist the Sales team in opportunity and account reviews, ensuring alignment on strategy and next steps.





Bridge Clients, Sales, and Product:


Act as the liaison between stakeholders to interpret and prioritize market requirements, ensuring they influence product roadmaps and future enhancements.





Enhance Proposal Precision:


Ensure proposals include the right mix of solutions and services—making it simple and intuitive for clients to choose us.





Respond to RFPs and RFIs:


Provide accurate and compelling responses to functional and technical sections of Requests for Proposals and Information.

About You



Experience:


Proven background in Presales or Solutions Consulting, or in a highly customer-facing role supporting Sales and/or Product Implementations. Your responsibilities have included product demonstrations, training, and activities typical of Business Analysts, Solutions Consultants, or Solutions Architects—with a strong focus on delivering customer value.

Industry Knowledge:


Solid understanding of the Secured Finance space (e.g., Auto Finance, Equipment Finance, Working Capital).

Process Expertise:


Experience contributing to internal business processes, such as documenting presales activities and supporting the conversion of opportunities into closed deals.

Bid Management:


Demonstrated ability to lead bid teams and manage the RFI/RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Solution Articulation:


Strong capability to understand our product suite and clearly communicate business value and value drivers tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, processes, and challenges.

Marketing Support:


Experience collaborating on marketing initiatives—providing and reviewing campaign content, participating in events, and offering input on strategic market expansion.

Project Management & Multitasking:


Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, varying in complexity, size, and duration, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:




Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Loopio, Confluence, Consensus, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Multilingual capabilities are a plus, German Preferred
