The Role

As a Solutions Consultant in our Consulting & Operations team, you’ll work hands-on with clients to improve their business processes and implement collaborative, cloud-based solutions, especially using Smartsheet. You'll manage projects across a wide range of industries and businesses, collaborating with other team members to guide clients through solution design, implementation, and adoption. This is a great fit for someone who’s motivated by working in a client-facing consulting role and is also passionate about diving deep into innovative technologies for a diverse array of projects. You’ll join a highly collaborative team and have access to training, mentorship, and real growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Driving client engagements with a focus on solution design, go-live and adoption

Translating business objectives into

scalable, practical solutions

Designing effective dashboards, workflows and tools

to solve a wide range of business needs through the power of Smartsheet’s extensive capabilities Conducting client

workshops, training sessions, and demos

to drive adoption

Measuring and reporting on KPIs

, showcasing real business impact (e.g., efficiency gains, time saved) Contributing to AMX best practices and

refining delivery methodologies

Your profile

We'd really like to hear from you if ...

You have exposure to

consulting, business process optimisation or project management environments.

You have a strong skill set when it comes to

Excel

, Smartsheet or other

work automation tools.

You have a

strong analytical aptitude

and ability to convert requirements into structured solutions You’re confident in

presenting, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption

You understand

process improvement and change management frameworks

You’re a self-starter:

adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to drive results

You speak

German & English fluently
