Mission

As a Solution Engineer at

Choco

, you’ll turn complex systems into simple, seamless connections. You’ll design and deliver smart integrations between the Choco platform and our customers’ ERP and business systems — ensuring they get value fast. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where curiosity, precision, and problem-solving meet real customer impact.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using

low-code tools (e.g. n8n)

. Own integration projects end-to-end — from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement. Partner with Account Executives to

support pre-sales discussions

with technical insight (~10% of your time). Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance. Collaborate closely with

Customer Success

,

Implementation

, and

Product

teams. Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.

What You Bring

2–5 years’ experience in

solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration

. Hands-on understanding of

REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases

. Experience with

low-code or automation tools

such as n8n, Zapier, or similar. Basic programming knowledge (e.g.

JavaScript or Python

). Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset. Excellent communicator in

German and English

, able to make complex ideas clear and simple. Located in Berlin and excited to join us onsite Monday through Wednesday
