Solution Architect

. You will be

based in Germany, collaborating with, and steering both on- and offshore teams in EMEA

regions. Traveling is required.

You will work in a

Enterprise Recipe Management content knowledge in an architectural manner

supporting the

creation of solutions, estimation, design, and integration through the entire delivery life cycle

This entails the following responsibilities:

Bring your understanding of

end-to-end Pharma Enterprise Recipe Management processes

to the Siemens Advanta project team and drive + assessment of Pharma clients requirements + development of (reusable) use cases
+ development of enterprise architecture comprising Siemens and non-Siemens technology in all project phases
+ creation of ERM understanding within the Siemens organization
Navigate the

Siemens and partners’ technology stack for Enterprise Recipe Management solutions

to digitally bridge the gap between R&D and manufacturing of drugs

Convince and/or influence the customer

of our Siemens Advanta vision and solutions.

Manage customer expectation

on the requirement and

ensure customer satisfaction

. Support the delivery function by

bringing business experience and understanding to the solution

.

Review the results of the Analysis and Design phase

(functional design, technical design, test strategy, -approach and -plan, deployment concept, etc).

Verify the customer requirements

and

assess impacts

and propose solutions for change requests. Being the c

entral contact person

towards the customer

on solution architecture topic

.

What you need to make real what matters

Education

+ Engineering degree, ideally in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering is an asset but no hard requirement.

Experience & Skills

+

4+ years of solution architecture experience

or equivalent experience (product owner, product manager etc) +

Full Product / Software Development Life cycle experience

, including definition, requirements gathering, configuration and delivery.
+ Understanding & experience on

SaaS, IaaS and PaaS

.
+ Strong experience in the

LifeScience industry, key processes and systems used in R&D and manufacturing

. Experience with

enterprise recipe management solutions is an asset

+

PLM applications experience

is a must. Teamcenter experience will be beneficial.
+ Manufacturing processes (Continuous, Batch) and Standards (ISA-95, ISA-88) knowledge will be valuable.
+ Experience working in large enterprise projects which had teams/functions/requirements from R&D, Manufacturing and Operations will be highly advantageous.
+

Full life-cycle application experience

which is coupled with a strong understanding of the inherent business challenges and processes in moving towards an end-to-end digital enterprise recipe management in pharma
+ Background in

the Pharmaceutical industry

or other process industries with similar challenges
+ Understanding of

impact and benefits of simulation techniques and solutions

in drug product development and technology transfer
+

Knowledge of/certifications in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Azure Infrastructure and Technologies

are assets.
