Software Quality Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our digital channels and platforms (including our web shop), from user experience to overall performance. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all testing activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of our digital products.

Job Description

Supervise all testing activities, from creating test plans and strategies to executing tests and managing a team of testers - this includes functional testing, usability testing, and security testing Promote quality throughout the entire development process by working closely with developers, designers, and product managers to prevent bugs and enhance the user experience Establish processes and tools to make testing more efficient, such as automated tests, test management software, and well-defined quality metrics Oversee quality management throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will develop and implement test plans and strategies, identify and mitigate risks, standardize project processes, and manage and review defects Monitor and prioritize bugs, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively. Analyze defective trends to identify areas for improvement in the development process

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related disciplines Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in similar roles in eCommerce or digital environments Strong knowledge of testing methodologies & best practices + Experience with automated testing tools and test management software English Proficiency (C1) Experience with Jira Xray Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman Experience with Figma Familiarity with the GNU/Linux operating system Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, Java, and Spring MVC is a strong plus Strong ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, combined with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude Experience in agile development environments Strong understanding of UX/UI principles A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
